But i can not find any 12v power spots to hood up my 12v red led strips. I have two led strip and they are 12 volts+ blue whisper fan. if you have a multimeter set to 12vdc ,,1 the of the 4 white wires going to your dvd drive has a 12v supply,,cannot remember which one so check it with a multimeter ,,the only other place that is easy to get to is where the 2 metal pins from the m/board fit into the psu,,,if you do not know much about electronics do not open up the psu as they still hold power even when disconnected and there is enough in there to really do yourself damage (like 400volts plus )
