Then i synched my throphies and deleted my PS3 user account (not the PSN account, mind you) and create it it again, with the same name and logged in with my PSN account and i was able to redownload my files from the PS3 store. But this was on OFW, you can try it on CFW and see if it works, just backup anything you dont want to lose (rifs, edats, etc etc, and synch your throphies so you dont lose anything - but try it at your own risk, if you lose something that you didnt backup it not my fault)

this was a nice tip, it worked to get my ps3 re-activated but it didn't work on reactivating my dlc.
