I see what your saying but mryumyum couldn't just reinstall via recovery either as it was asking for 4.11 or higher firmware for his CFW hdd.
He was asking how to reflash it back to CFW or what steps he needed to take.

I am saying what steps you posted don't appear to work either for when you change CFW on a Fast Dual boot as then you get the red lights, even if you qa flag it.

But you can update OFW with no problems and still dual boot without following all steps again.

So hopefully mryumyum got it going ok.
