Net yet. I was trying to be tricksy, but I did something wrong and I was getting three beeps and shutdown when trying to create my OFW drive after flashing CFW to NOR chip.
Anyway, I'm just going to start over again, but I was wondering at what point should I try to start using my original CFW drive? I was thinking that I should finish step 7 (flashing e3 NOR chip with CFW), and then turn it off and insert my original CFW drive. And then it should ask me to install 3.55 or above and I can then use my CFW via usb, right? And then I can continue to step 8 with the other drive and finish the process.

Well, I ended up losing my data on my CFW drive, but it's not the end of the world. I thought I followed your suggestions properly and wasn't going to lose any data, but that doesn't appear to be the case. I keep most things back up, but there were a couple save games that I hadn't done. Still, not a big deal.
What's most important is figuring out why it happened in the first place so it doesn't happen again. I know I flipped a switch while moving it, but I thought I had made sure everything was correct before starting it up. I wonder if unplugging it caused it to forget something? I've unplugged it before to move it, and it hadn't been a problem.
I guess I'll just be extra careful about the switches, so hopefully that's enough.
