I have Rogero as well, and installed the qa flag. It doesn't brick your PS3 or anything like that.
The only thing to be careful with it is this>>> If your using recovery to update any firmware, make sure you don't have a disc in the drive, as it will use the firmware on that disc and install to your PS3.
I can't say that it will help you with connecting to PSN, as its not needed.
Do you also dual boot with the e3 flasher. I was going to ask how your connection is on OFW?

I'm not using e3flaher and dual boot anymore.I just downgraded with it.
and I tried debug setting and uninstalling Firewall and still not working.
I think it's from pc...I unistalled the firewall and closed everything even autorun killer and disabled avira and nothing worked.I'm really really tired of it.
