Yes, but it implies all 2500s can be downgraded, which is incorrect. Someone could assume their undowngradeable 2500 is downgradable, only to find out the hard way that it isn't.
Also, you can use MinVerChk on any OFW to find out the minimum applicable version.
EDIT : That's it! Could write "Use MinVerChk to find out if your 2500 PS3 can be downgraded". Easy to understand. But man that bar's gonna get clogged.
