Jailbreaking an Iphone is legal on the US but Apple *Warned* long time ago that the practice of JB on your device can violate warranty terms.
So on one said you have a Legal Jailbreak on an Iphone/Ipod (Apple related)
On the other hand you have a Jailbreak for PS3's not legal.
Charging for Jailbreak an Iphone is madness if the user have an internet connection...but some people will pay for that i don't blame them. The same goes to root an android phone.
Funny tough you have TONS of online guides *easy-to-follow*, well what can i say? if the user ask for help and don't want to read a little further or investigate it's not our problem.
I will (personally) not condone that kind of *business* here when the information is free and the OP asked for something specific here on the board.
He don't need a hardware flasher to Jailbreak his Iphone just a guide an patience.
