We don't know some people said that you can oly install this if you are in 3.55 but some said not, the people that said yes is because of a very bad translation so not believe in what they say and wait for the confirmation
But of course you can install normaly the 4.21 over the 3.55, the question here is if this work for the people that are in 4.21
