There's a guy from the Chinese website saying it is true and he was sad to find out that it does require a dongle.
I refused to believe until he brought up the dongle. Also, multiman uses a non-existant lv2 syscall for 4.21:

In few words... syscall 1021 doesnt exist in "known" firmwares (neither official or custom) this probes in some way the cfw is true (or deank was cheated and all this is the bigger fake ever)
