It isn't that hard to ad some code to the install pkg that checks if there is a dongle present, if it is PS3 can be upgraded to 4.25 or higher?
So a basic 4.21 CFW with extra options for the dongle suckers?

i know that but i ment dex mfw where we dont need "BD Emulator " dex 4.21 with peek and poke , thats the only thing dex 4.21 is missing
