Red Power CFW4.21 will work only on allready flashed 3.55CFW consoles?
Which means
I wont be able to switch from 4.21/4.25 OFW to CFW just with using their tools?
Red Power purpose is just an upgrade from 3.55 CFW to 4.21/4.25 CFW so you can get rid of all those fixes and play backup games directly?
