what he meant was, that you should have extract fifa13 from FIFA.Street.PS3-DUPLEX.part01.rar (double click that file) , then you are 100% sure it will extract everything.
you mentioned earlier in a post the you had no BD drive or BD game, and some people allready stated that career mode would not work then.

I always extracted the game from the first rar part... It's not realy helping... same problems.../:
How do I check that my BD drive is not broken?...
