Temps between 50°c & 65°c are what I aim for on my Falcon Jtag. Any higher than that and it gets new thermal paste and a clean.
I just installed my E3 so it got a clean & new paste.. I'll take my base and load temps from this point.

That's what I do with my xenon mobo and I will be getting a E3 Flasher soon so I will let you know my temps
