Nope.
Its not that easy anyway.
The games that are working that require higher FW versions have been cracked using either hardware to dump the eboots from the ram, or cracked using unknown exploits.
By all means take a shot at cracking this eboot, if it turns out you have mad skills and you can crack 3.73 games you will be the talk of the town, like the anonymous chinese hackers that cracked tekken tag 2, and other releases somehow!?
Read up on
www.ps3devwiki.com anything you can about bin/self/elf and see what you can come up with... but there is no manual or guide to doing this yet.
