i have a question about after converted the ps3 from DEX 3.55 to DEX 4.21.
Why the DEX 4.21 not play backups that playable on lower version like 3.55? it must be freely to play 3.55 backups on 4.21?
If not, so what about the converting to DEX and downgrade it back to DEX 3.55 it will take a time to process?
