OK so I've done a lot of testing and for those that may be having problems, make sure the folder structure inside the .ZIP archives is PSP > GAME > HOMEBREWNAME > EBOOT.PBP (and all the other files required) as the default folder layout isn't like this which is why a) you may not see your homebrew archives and b) upon extraction, you will still not see your installed homebrew.

Then for running ISOs just use the PSP/Vita FTP server and with a PC counterpart such as FlashFXP etc., simply create a folder named "ISO" in the root and then put your ISOs in there with everything in capitals/upper case and no more than 8 characters or it will not work. This rule also applies to homebrew ZIPs including the file extensions (.ISO or .ZIP).

Everything I have tested has worked like a charm, mad props to Total_Noob and others involed who made this possible and a big FU to Sony for allowing the Japanese to play their already-bought PSP games and not even having to pay for some of them AGAIN unlike the rest of the world, pr*cks.
