when you change custom firmware you allways go to 3.55ofw first then install your new 3.55cfw
this is to prevent "bricks"
but if you have put the cinavia fix on then the back up films you have on the ps3's hdd will work
or are you trying to play them from disc?
the fix doesnt work on the bdvd drive but only with films on the hdd / usb stick
