The battery on that model, I think is right side behind the blu ray drive and plugs in.

Lol. I mean it was opened up to the top side for the disc drive, but never had the motherboard screws removed or had the chips removed away from the heatsinks. I want people to be able to know that I never messed with the heatsinks or chips or thermal paste. Ya know? I figured the battery was on the bottom like most models. If it is on top than I will give that a try.
