You can try to dump the flash using MemDump or (multiMAN?), dump eid_root_key by using EID_RKDumper.pkg (I don't know if it works on DEX, but you can try) and use those files in c2d.exe to change the Target ID to any CEX region.
After that, you can rename the file to CEX.EID0.NANDBIN and flash it on multiMAN. After that, you'll need to install a CEX firmware.
But remember, I can't guarantee to you it will work, this can brick your console! I recommend you to stay in DEX to avoid any problem.

I'm on DEX for now, but i want to try to change back to CEX. If it goes wrong, simple, i use flasher, if that doesn't help êider, i'll get another motherboard.
Does EID_RKDumper.pkg extracts the file directly to external drive like a pen, or do i have to go to multiman and get it manually?
