Why don't you all give xlink kai a try? Works quite well with MW3 for instance. I know it isn't PSN and it's a bit of apain in the *ss to setup, but it at least allows for online gaming while we CFW users are kicked from PSN again.
For me it works just fine using UTP cables between my ps3 and router and from the router to my win7 x64 pc. see a tutorial here
