FINALLY someone who has confirmed, that it is possible to CFW3.55 CEX Dual Booting with OFW 4.21 DEX.
Now all I need to do is buy a new E3 Flasher. My last one turned out to be a clone.. luckily I didn't try to flash my PS3 with it. I only wish i could get my money back.

You can go along claiming they aren't part of the scene as you do not agree on the purpose and origin of the products or simply claim that anything that costs money is not part of any scene, but then you're just acting delusional. There has always been opposition to various products by various groups of people for various reasons and there have always been DRM enabled devices in the scene and mostly all products have used some sort of code or exploit created by a hacker to function.
With all meaningless drama set aside there has always been modification products for the scenes and sceners purchase them so I do not see how any company that caters to the sceners who do buy their products aren't in the scene. With that sort of logic that means that anyone who purchases products from the aforementioned companies and the hundreds of others aren't a part of the scene either. Just because there is a price tag on it doesn't mean it doesn't serve a purpose for sceners and the majority of them don't buy into the "everything should be free" as they aren't floating around on some make believe cloud and realize how the PS3 scene operates and how scenes before have too.
With that said if you do not like a product simply don't buy it, but a E3 Flasher is used for hacking the PS3 by sceners so I see no reason to say they are not part of the scene.
To answer your last sentence it's because you're wrong.

Women need men to make babies! Babies are needed to continue the population of mankind (which includes womenkind as well - to not sound sexist). Men fulfill that need....
... That doesn't make them part of the women scene. It makes them essential for that scene... without actually being a part of it.
