The mods have no control over it being fixed that is up to the admin to do (Pirate)

Not singling him out because he is only like the 100th person to fail and notice it, but once again my point is proven. What is the point in the banner being updated, or even being there if people fail to notice it? People keep complaining about it needing to be updated, but honestly what is wrong with it? The only thing I would change is the 4.20 to current unless downgrades are somehow stopped which isn't the case. By reading posts from several people on the matter, it is almost as though some people want the entire jailbreak tutorial in a banner that would take up the entire front page.....and probably would still be overlooked.
As far as your comment about stickies go, stickies get stickied, information gets outdated, but no member makes any post in them updating them with current information. If the threads had users posting with updates then mods would notice and probably add that information to the first post of the sticky. It isn't the up to unpaid moderators that already do more than enough for the site to deal with trivial crap like removing old stickies that nobody even looks at. Not trying to argue but it really sounds like you are nitpicking about certain things. The SP-INT sticky could still provide useful information to some people as well as many other outdated stickies. Just because it seems worthless and outdated to you, doesn't mean it is useless to new members that are trying to catch up on history, educate themselves with older information as well as the newest information, or simply just to have something to read out of boredom.
Point being it is up to normal members as well to keep a community like this going. The moderators have enough to do, and they can't please everyone. I saw a sticky about 360 drive flashing that was really, really, outdated, but I am not complaining about it still be stickied, because I didn't help to update it with more current information.
