ok maybe i am a little slow but i still can't figure it out either. redid the ca 24,27 just in case that was the problem. edited the the .rb file to say PS3_C 04.21. ran go.bat and says i need to update. restarted my ps3 numerous times so i know it ain't that  . rebooted router, modem,computer and changed the dns on the ps3 to match my new ipv4 from rebooting my router. and don't say i'm still doing it wrong and thats it because i know i am and thats why i'm posting.

Are you sure that you don't have some antivirus/firewall interfering?
What does it says in the f*ckpsn window?
By the way, Asure files don't need any editing.
