I though i would explain why the v9.99 it is simple for CFW user no need for 123.
Why ,because the patch has to be repacked anyways & it is better to have a v9.99.
So you do not update by accident. being a certain team only released 1/4 of the fix.
There is always a need to repack so changing the next version to v9.99 is quite simple.
only a FOOL would say different ! Many kids will update by accident & wonder why there game don't work. Then come here & looking for answers.

Ignore the param.sfo text in game data utility.
I forgot to edit my custom text from the param v1.22 to v1.23 !
Sorry but it is only a visual "no harm at all/or difference cause of it".
IT IS ONLY TO TELL YOU PATCH ID + VERSION ! = It is v1.23 so don't worry.
You can look in game data update History to see the patch version ++
