I got no problem. Everythings fine. Save game, Quit game and play game again doesn't give blackscreen.
I think the problem is you replaced COALESCED_INT.BIN and add COALESCED_INT_FULL.BIN. All I can see COALESCED_INT.BIN japanese files has different structures than EUR version.
In my short tutorials at PS3iso I don't mention anything about replaced or add some files other than only copy BK_XXXXXXXXXXX.INT and replaced PS3TOC.TXT files. And it's work fine for me
