Impossible. Games above 3.55 require newer keys. This device will only sit between BD Drive and Motherboard, it would actually emulate DB Drive, with it's proper key, so we will be able to connect our External HDD drives to it, and trick the motherboard into falsely registering that we have Original BD Game in the BD Drive. So you will not be able to use it on 3.55 and play newer games, only games that are playable on 3.55 to this day.
The concept of the device is magnificent, the problem so far that I'm seeing is that the crypto between motherboard and BD Drive is so far impossible to crack with 3000 and 4000 PS3 models. Because on that PS3's we can't extract EID_ROOT_KEY. As far as naehrwert said, EID_ROOT_KEY is "A MUST HAVE" if you want to get your BD Drive UNIQUE key. Older models will work no problem, newer models, well we'll have to find a way.
