Yeah you seem to need Terminal free DLC . You can find info about this at NextGenUpdate(DOT)com in the MW3 section .You may even find the DLC links for your region .Make sure you install 119 to 121 then my (122 & 123 fixes) They need to be install proper in case you skipped to play online & you need to install terminal DLC.
I know someone open a thread there cause he thanked me & told me he will open a thread cause everyone was asking me & i don't play on PSN ,i am always doing stuff like modz offline for personal & others & fixes so i don't have any time to be on PSN much .. ..
