If that wasn't what you meant, I'm guessing you meant addresses that are posted with values can't be made into ps3usercheat/codeunique codes. It's incredibly simple to do. Just put:
00002000 ADDRESS VALUE
It should work with every code like that if you are looking through the CMP codes.
If you are wondering how to get codes if people didn't post them and only posted a package to download the codes, just extract the EBOOT.BIN from the package, decrypt it, get the game's unmodified EBOOT.BIN and decrypt that too, and use HxD to compare the files to find the difference, and then figure out which modified lines do what. I'm not certain that works though. Around the time the PS3 was first hacked, I remember trying that and CMP Auto Tools told me it couldn't be decrypted because of some NPDRM thing. Things have probably advanced since then, I haven't checked. If it still can't though, get in contact with the creators of the packages. They mainly just gave packages without letting you know the modifications because at the time ps3usercheat was stealing codes from the CMP forums without credit and basically selling their product using CMP codes. That threat is kind of gone now since people can just download ps3usercheat for free as codeunique, so they aren't making as much money off CMP users for free. The threat isn't nearly as bad anymore.

i would have to admit that what you are saying to extract the eboot and everything i have no clue how to decrypt a eboot, i thought it would be simple like a program that will do all of this for you (but thats never the case), and thanks for the code convert tip well "raw" as in the way cmp post their codes unconverted to ps3usercheat format, at least the 00002000 code type can be converted now, it's a start i guess.
original pkg creators (skiller and that hentai guy) are not interested in helping to convert pkgs to ps3usercheat format i've request and asked and all that happens is they delete my posts or ignore me, it's futile, you are more than welcome to try yourself and get the codes, you seem to know more than me anyway, why don't you help out with the eboot extraction, we could get more codes into the codelist that WORK from pkgs and get things done faster here.
