I have the feeling that there wont be any 4.21. Not the REAL 4.21. I think that the 4.21 will relay on 3.55 + 3.60 keys. Which means that technically we still be on 3.55 but with 4.21CFW tag. Which means that we wont be able to play games above 3.55 without cracking them to 3.55.
But then again this wouldn't make any sence....
