what i do when upgrading from Rebug 3.55.2 to CFW 4.21:
1. Install Otheros ++Special.PUP
2. QA Flagged the console, activating System Update Debug
3. Install Kmeaw 3.55 CFW
4. Install CFW 4.21 Rogero

no bricking smelled
