Same problem to me ... Kmeaw 3.55 and multiman new one 4.07.00 full
i just remove tham install rogero manager 8.5 and works fine i back and install fresh multiman 4.07.00 full working fine when i use triangle on game and select externel, bd mirror, ext files and start/load games have error on all homebrow application , games and must shutdown ps3 and turn tham on cant play externel games ... back to old multiman everythings work wine ... its look that mm new one made it for cwf 4.21 only ?
