Modding and signing the 4.xx pup wouldn't pass this check, and so can't be installed even with correct keys.

I'm still on 3.56OFW, but I doubt many others are. If the modules were added in 3.60+ then maybe there's still hope. That said, it seems we'd need the keys, and I doubt any devs would be working on such an old firmware version.
