Update to MM 4.08. and try that. You're getting the same error I was getting. All I can tell you is to keep trying. Start over if you have to but keep trying. It worked for me. I was on v1 first so it made my attempts a little more buggy but I finally got it.

Looks like your model is good to go. Now the problem seems to be with the fat CECHH models particularly. As always, you're doing this at your own risk. Just follow the instructions here
