I think you've got it though. It's probably working as good as it's going to. Your only other options are to wait for a more stable version or downgrade back to 3.55. It reminds me a lot of the first jailbreak which was very buggy at first. It will get better.

Yea I've tried direct boot, discless, with a disc, nothing.
I did just check QA flag (with button combo) and discovered it is NOT enabled. Depsite making sure it was before upgrading. Should that have maintained through the update or would it not be enabled now?
(and because of the error I obviously have no way of re-enabling it)
I find this odd that I am the only one with this exact problem and no fix...
