thanks 4 the fast respond sounds ok i guess so i get the cfw and lastest 3.55 fimware links
im going to need a usb drive and i assume that i have to boot from the usb drive to the ps3 somewhat like the wii..is there another name they use for the console other then slim? or are all ps3 called slim..
