Ok guys just wanted to share my setup and upgrade in case anyone who has the same can use it.
NTSC slim cech-2001a on KMEAW 3.55 never downgraded.
step 1
ran toggle qa.pkg (just in case)
step 2
recovery mode via condorstrike
step 3
upgrade to rogero 4.30 cfw via usb
step 4
install newest multiman and open up the file manager to install the ps3 dev blind.pkg included in download....follow read me txt for instructions
PROFIT!!!
did not loose any data and games all working fine. emulators and other homebrew apps not working which is to be expected as they were designed for 3.55.
can confirm that psn and pstore are working (had to agree to new terms of service). did notice however that attempting to sign into ps home results in error, something about it cant run in demonstration mode. not sure what that is but will look into it a little more in depth tomorrow.
