Overheating after YLOD reflow.
One day my PS3 decided to just YLOD, so i figure I should have to reflow the solder under the gpu and cpu. Once that was all said and done, my PS3 booted back up again, this time however, it will shut off without warning after 15-20 minutes, not even an overheating warning. I was just wondering, if this was a power supply problem? Because it seems to get pretty toasty before it shuts down, and the air coming out of the vents doesn't seem to be too hot, so I figure it can't be the GPU/CPU since I've applied new thermal compound onto it. This is pretty ****ty considering my Blu ray drive also won't load discs now.
I've got a PS3 PHAT btw (PS2 compatible model).
