Dehash first. (qa flag, enter combo to verify its flagged, reinstall OFW 3.55 via recovery)
Then put in the new HDD (while on OFW 3.55).
Then finally update to Rogero 3.7 and then up to whatever
new CFW you want (Rogero 4.21 is recommended)
