I loaded up madden 13 original eboot, and just hit decrypt and it saids this:

scetool 0.2.9 <public build> (C) 2011-2012 by naehrwert
NP local license handling (C) 2012 by flatz
[*] Loaded keysets.[*] Loaded loader curves.[*] Loaded vsh curves.[*] Using keyset [appldr 0x001C 04.20][*] Header decrypted.[*] Data decrypted.[*] ELF written to C:\Users\xxx\Desktop\EBOOT.BIN.elf.

does this mean, I can delete the .elf extension, and replace with edited param.sfo and play it?
