Copy dev_flash, dev_flash2 and dev_flash3 with multiman to your pc.
You can then delete the \dev_flash3\data-revoke folder on the ps3 and pop a disc in to see if it will play.
If it doesn't work, put your original \data-revoke folder back and try the disc again.
