It is generally safer to first update to Rogero's 3.55 CFW and then to his 4.XX CFW, it isn't necessary, but it's safer especially when you're on Rebug, because that's a special CFW with some parts from DEX (that's because you have that Debug menu's already included in it) and a direct update to 4.XX CFW could cause troubles (although people report it works fine). As always, it is good to do the update via Recovery menu.
