can someone patch FIFA 13 Update 1.02 BLES01676 (update is 4.25 signed) for 4.21cfw please?

I have tryed few times myself with TrueAncestor EBOOT Resigner with no luck,always ask for 4.25 update i also did param.sfo edit but no luck,there are few spx,edat files next to eboot.bin so that could be the problem idk.
