rename eid_root_key to dump (without bin)
launch this as admin (look for missing dll )
http://www.logic-sunrise.com/forums/.../4942-cex2dex/
convert to dex and rename your converted flash to DEX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN
then flash using toolbox
