I did this for two trophies back in the 3.55 spoof days, i haven't tried on rebug 4.x versions yet.

Dude you are not understanding what he asked! he asked if using the trophy unlocker option in Rebug 4.21 will let you sync them...and the answer is HELL NO!
if you think it works try the following: unlock any trophy you want with that unlocker and sync them,after that delete the trophies and resync,you will see that the trophies you unlocked wont come back to your account cause they never synced to the server
