buy the game and keep receipt then open game and test it , if it crap , take it back to the shop and say it faulty and keeps crashing eg half way threw the game . say u want the same game . u get a new game unopened then take it back to the same shop but in different town and get refund with your unopened game

Or pirate the **** out of it and then get a legit copy when its at the reasonable price of $20-$30. I'm getting AC3 on black friday from best buy for $35 even though I've already finished it.
