You killed the MBR of your drive by connecting it to your PC. Or did you format it?

Anyway, the original PS3 filesystem is damaged beyond repair, only a re-format on your PS3 is the option. A PC is never (well, that is a big word with all decryption recovery's lately) able to recognize the encrypted PS3 filesystem. Linux maybe, windows is almost out of the question.

Use FTP or MultiMan to transfer games to your internal drive ...

Edit: Fat32 is only for external drives .....
