Ok I looked at it a few times close again. There is no yellow light. Just green then red. Looks like the green is still on for a split second after the red comes on. Guess it just looked like that yellow was on.

I also soldered a jumper from nor tristate to the GND. I just used the gold om the outside of the board. Still the same problem. Green for maybe 2 seconds then red with 3 quick beeps.

Oh another thing. Are there any sensors that tell the system that it isn't installed right? i know I had some on a few other boards. I have no idea what the switch is called. The same ones that are on the board to turn the power on and eject. Look almost like a Z. Well the person I got it from had smashed them down. I think it was telling the PS3 that it wasn't installed right by not completing a start check. all I did was pull them back up like the power is. That then made contact with the metal and everything was fine. Are there any on my board that I might be missing. My board is DIA-001.
