I may be wrong, but as far as I understand the demo mode fix was released before Ermac 1.3 (the one with the fixed demo mode included).

I don´t know if one is based on another, but it's good to see people working on different CFW´s.

Rogero 3.7 was based on kmeaw and is an awesome CFW.
