Seriously, I guess it's the lack of marketing.. Actually as far as I can tell, Teensy/NORway works more reliable than the other two (alright, as the developer of NORway I have to say that). Only difference is that E3/Progskeet are supposed to be solderless, but those NOR clips cause lots of trouble.

E3 also comes with its own NOR flash, so you can basically do dual-boot, but getting it running is quite difficult and in the case of a firmware update it's a pain in the ass. You can as well just reflash your NOR with whatever you want. Granted, it takes 4 mins, but how often do you do that a day?

So, no, Teensy doesn't have problems you don't know of, except for it's cheap and that I don't make money off it. ;-)
