oh and rebugtoolbox shows up in multiman and multiman flickers fast and can't pick game properly then might go alright for a bit and dumped nand on 4.21 rex to make dex nand need to restart again or ?

ok if i understand you post correctly mm is not running? do you have the mm for rebug?

normal mode = no spoof
rebug mode = spoof and tons of other options.
